Janet Shoue from Roann, IN donated the loom to Hands of Grace and traveled to Malawi this summer to teach the women to weave. The ladies at Hands of Grace are producing awesome rugs on the loom from traditional African cloth.

It was amazing how fast the ladies learned to crochet little hats and decorate them with big flowers!

Rachel and Ruth
Ruth (from Malawi) is the manager at Hands of Grace. Rachel (from Kentucky) spent 5 weeks in Malawi this summer teaching the ladies and helping get the business off the ground.

Lots of Helpers
The children from Timothy's Home and the local community were excited to see what was happening in the textile center. They love helping tear strips of cloth and sew them together for making rugs on the loom.

The car park is ready for customers to pull in and visit our Hands of Grace Textile Center.
